Control Panel Upgrades
Over the past month, we've updated both our Linux and Windows control panels to the latest versions.
Support Updates
Back in mid-November we changed our online chat option to use AOL Instant Messenger (AIM). You can now use AIM to chat with us online for sales and support questions.

The reason we ask you to follow this procedure is so we can ensure that we respond to your request quickly and can track the progress of your request. Also, when submitting a support request on our web site, you have the option of setting a priority so you should use that instead of emailing support@ for urgent support requests.
