We have updated our Accepted Uses and Terms of Service. Here is a summary of the changes:

1. Updated the Master TLD Agreement to reflect newly added TLDs and services we are offering
2. Updated Blogware to reflect the Blogzerk branding
3. Added that announcement of changes to this document may also be posted at this blog instead of only at our main web site
4. Updated the Terms and Termination section to clarify that it is the client's responsiblity to cancel their service with us to ensure they are not automatically billed and that a prorated refund is received, as well as specifying how to cancel an account
5. Corrected various spelling and punctuation errors

We are also announcing this change via email to our customers. Customers that do not agree to abide by this revised document have 30 days from today to cancel their service, during which time they will be bound by the prior version in effect until today.

Control Panel Upgrades
Over the past month, we've updated both our Linux and Windows control panels to the latest versions.

Support Updates
Back in mid-November we changed our online chat option to use AOL Instant Messenger (AIM). You can now use AIM to chat with us online for sales and support questions.

The reason we ask you to follow this procedure is so we can ensure that we respond to your request quickly and can track the progress of your request. Also, when submitting a support request on our web site, you have the option of setting a priority so you should use that instead of emailing support@ for urgent support requests.

Control Panel Upgrades
Over the past month, we've updated both our Linux and Windows control panels to the latest versions.

Today we released an updated version of our web site home page. We redesigned this page to give it an updated look, load faster, and to make it easier for current and new customers to find the information they need quickly. Here's what has changed:

• The main content area of the home page is now more task oriented to make it easier to get to what you need in fewer clicks.
• The background color of the home page and all secondary pages has been changed to make the site stand out more.
• The main menu has a link for the Billing Control Panel.
• The main menu has a link for your hosting Control Panel and WebMail links.
• All support options (Knowledgebase, support tickets, and AIM chat) are linked directly from the home page.
• The link for domain renewals has been added to the home page.

Other than the background color change, the look of the secondary pages has not been changed. No URLs have been changed.

We have just upgraded the Windows hosting Helm Control Panel to the latest version. This update fixes a problem we became aware of today where the DNS settings for domain pointers would be removed. This was causing the A record and MX record for the pointer domain to be removed when any domain pointer was added/removed.
