If your migration to a Windows hosting account was forced, you will need to follow these steps to ensure your site and/or email remain active:

Email Client Changes

If you are no longer able to check your email using your email client, you will need to make the following changes to your email account configuration in your email client:

  • POP Server:  mail2.adaptivehostingsolutions.com
  • SMTP Server:
If this is set to your ISP’s SMTP server (preferred), then you don’t need to change it.
If is was set to a hostorlando.com server or to mail.example.com (where example.com is your domain name), you will need to change it to mail2.adaptivehostingsolutions.com
  • Username: This should be changed to be your email address. e.g. me@example.com
Please verify ALL the above information.

WebMail Changes

You will now need to use either http://webmail.example.com/ (where example.com is your domain name) or http://helmmail.adaptivehostingsolutions.com/ to check your WebMail.

DNS Changes

If your domain is registered through Adaptive Hosting Solutions, we changed your DNS servers when the migration was forced and you do not need to make any DNS changes.

If your domain is registered through another registrar, you will need to change the DNS servers with your registrar to the following:

  • Primary: dns3.adaptivehostingsolutions.com
  • Secondary:  dns4.adaptivehostingsolutions.com

If we do not provide your DNS hosting, please submit a support request to have the DNS entries you will need to have your DNS host make sent to you.
