Effective 02/10/2005, we have modified our Accepted Uses and Terms of Service. You can view the new AUP here and a copy of the old AUP here. If you do not wish to be bound by the new AUP, you have 30 days to notify us you wish to cancel your account. Two changes were made to the AUP. The first was to the domain registration agreements. In the old AUP, there were agreements that were specific to the various top level domains (TLDs). These agreements have been consolidated into a Master TLD Agreement which replaces the old agreements. Also, the ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) was added to the list of domain agreements. The second change was to fix a few typos. Friday, February 4

We have added new categories to our System Status category. We now have categories for the following:
When we post system status notifications, they will be posted to the appropriate category as well as the main System Status category. These notifications will also show on the Main Page for a period of time. We have created these categories for ease of subscription with either an RSS reader or email notifications. If you are only interested in status information for a particular category of services, you just need to subscribe to that category. If you wish to see all notifications, you only need to subscribe to the main System Status category. |
