The Email Defense Service went offline at 4:10 PM ET. This issue is being worked on and we will update this post with more information. Currently incoming mail through Email Defense service will be deferred and resent later by the sending server. Also, the Email Defense Portal for Spam Quarantine Reports is offline.

UPDATED 5:10 PM ET: Email Defense Service is now online. Mail is flowing normally and the Email Defense Portal is online.

Due to what looks initially like an IP routing issue, some IP addresses on our ADAPTIVE01 Linux hosting server are not responding. This is causing the POP, IMAP, SMTP, FTP, most web sites, and Control Panel to be down.

We are working with our datacenter provider to get this resolved and will update this ticket when we have more information.

UPDATED 8:10 AM ET: We are still waiting on confirmation from our datacenter ops but it looks like one of the routers handling incoming connections for this server isn't routing correctly which is why only some IP addresses are affected. We should have an update shortly.

UPDATED 8:30 AM ET: This issue has been resolved. There was a routing problem which caused this and has now been corrected.

Currently, our ADAPTIVE01 Linux hosting server is inaccessible. All Linux hosting services are down at this time.

Our datacenter has been notified and is working on a resolution. We will update this post when we have more information.

UPDATED 3:00 AM ET: We were told this outage was a result of scheduled maintenance at the datacenter and should be done shortly. We are waiting for more details on the maintenance since we don't recall being notified.

UPDATED 3:15 AM ET: This outage is due to scheduled maintenance for rerouting power to the rack this server is in. Unfortunately, we missed the outage announcement and weren't able to notify our customers in advance.

UPDATED 4:00 AM ET: This server is now back online and all services are available. We apologize for not giving our customers advance notice about this scheduled maintenance.

We have just upgraded the Windows hosting Helm Control Panel to the latest version. This update fixes a problem we became aware of today where the DNS settings for domain pointers would be removed. This was causing the A record and MX record for the pointer domain to be removed when any domain pointer was added/removed.
