This server will be rebooted shortly and should be back up and running in approximately 15 minutes (1:45 AM ET).

UPDATED 1:47 AM ET: This reboot is taking longer than normal. We have datacenter staff working on this and will have an update soon.

COMPLETED 2:00 AM ET: Approximately 5 minutes ago the reboot completed and all services are running normally.

UPDATED 2:10 AM ET: When this was rebooted, an older kernel version was used by the datacenter tech. We are seeing high load on this server and are rebooting again into the normal kernel and will continue to monitor it. This is in progress and we'll have an update soon.

COMPLTED 2:40 AM ET: This latest reboot was completed 20 minutes ago. All services are running normally and load is back to normal. We will continue to monitor this server.

Due to performance issues caused by Spamassasin, we have disabled this service for our Linux hosting customers. This was necessary so that the load on the server will be reduced and your web site and email services will run better.

If you need spam filtering we have two options. First, you can add our Reflexion spam filtering to your account. Or, we can set up your account on our new hosting system which offers basic spam filtering (as well as increased storage space, bandwidth, and performance) at no extra cost.
