Today we had to install a security patch for the Cpanel control panel software. A side effect of this is that newly created MySQL databases will not show up in phpMyAdmin.

Cpanel is aware of this bug and is working on fixing this. Once we have received an update and verified it, we will install it. In the mean time, if you need something done that you would normally do with phpMyAdmin, please submit a support request.
